Tattered Ruffles

Again.........

More ruffles, more scarfs that can become whatever your heart desires.....

I created this beauty in several colors.

Why not wrap her around the hips, waist........ possibly the back of a Parsons chair??.....

Add a vintage brooch to secure, and the possibilities are endless.
